  • Using a broken or damaged Hackees stick could result in serious injury.
  • If the butt-end becomes dislodged from the stick, stop play with that stick, and use a strong 2-part epoxy  or other strong adhesive on the outside edge of the insert section of the butt-end to re-attach it securely back into place before resuming use.
  • KEEP STICK BELOW THE SHOULDERS of your opponent at all times when playing defense.
  • Accidents do happen.  Please play Hackees at your own risk and comfort level.

Suggested format of play:

Hackees® are meant to be played together! We recommend playing 2 vs. 2, 3 vs. 3 and so on. We suggest that you designate a clearing line if playing with one goal, and use this line as a way to switch teams from offense to defense. Beat the defenders with dodges and passes, no chicken shots! Most importantly, have fun...GET OUTSIDE, AND PLAY!

Beach Rules: Same as above, but we play a "no-scoop" style. First to touch a ground ball with the head of their stick takes over possession. That way no one is eating sand!

Alternative way to play // "Wall-ball" : This game can be played in teams of 2 to 4 players. While the other team defends, try to bank pass it off of the wall to one of your teammates for a point. After one team scores a point, the opposing team (that was scored against) gets to start with the ball. This is a great way to practice tight, man-to-man well as practice getting open in the offensive zone!
