Shipping policy
Hackees Lacrosse is known for quick order fulfillment and shipping. Weekends, holidays, day of purchase and day of delivery do not count towards delivery time. Shipping days do not include Sunday or when USPS and UPS are closed. Tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather and do not issue refunds for shipping costs if a delivery date is missed due to the fault of the carrier. Items delivered to a PO Box or an APO/FPO will be delivered in approximately 7 to 10 business days. Final delivery for APO/FPO destinations will be subject to the terms and conditions of the APO/FPO services.
CUSTOM ITEMS:
Several items require additional time to produce before they ship, this is due to the customization to the product. This includes large orders of more than 10 product SKUs, custom apparel, and custom design orders. Production time will vary by product and the shipping option picked at checkout will be used after the item is produced.
