Stick2School Uganda Lax Program

Buy one. Give one. Fund a future.

In collaboration with the Uganda National Lacrosse team Captain, Yosef Ngowe, Hackees plans to bring a boatload of Hackees to Uganda schools in 2027.

How it works:

Purchase the "donate a stick" option below to donate a stick, or select the "One for me, one for Uganda" option below to get one Crab Mallet stick sent to you, and one Hackees stick sent to Uganda. For every Stick2School order, $10 will also be donated to Kids Lacrosse Africa to help cover a Ugandan child's school fees.

More about lacrosse in Uganda:

Yosef Ngowe is the captain of the Uganda Men's National Lacrosse Team. Uganda is ranked #1 in Africa, #30 in the world, with over 1,000 athletes across 20+ schools in 30+ districts. But they have almost no equipment. Every lacrosse stick in Uganda is donated from abroad. There are zero manufacturers on the continent, which is why Hackees sticks will go a long way in creating a fun and safe first experience for young Ugandan players.

Why Hackees?

Padded means no extra gear. Ugandan kids can play without helmets, gloves, or pads. The protection is on the stick. Hackees is the only product that works in an environment with zero equipment infrastructure. Hackees is positioned as the affordable entry point to lacrosse in America. Stick2School extends that same mission globally — from Massachusetts backyards to Ugandan schoolyards.
